MISSION STATEMENT
The Las Vegas Railroad Society, a Southern Nevada 501 c3 nonprofit organization and was founded in 1999. The mission of the Las Vegas Railroad Society has always been preservation of the contributions of the railroad to Las Vegas, and dedication to education and demonstration of our nation’s railroad heritage.

CHILDREN ARE ENJOYING THEIR MINIATURE RAILROAD PARKS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES............
The Las Vegas Railroad Society decided that
Las Vegas' children ALSO deserve to have a
huge miniature railroad park!
Thus, enabling us to provide year-round educational
programs, field trips and fun activities to local
schools, and special children organizations!
OUR MAIN FOCUS - OUR LOCAL CHILDREN - OF COURSE!
Therefore, we are absolutely excited to announce that we are in the process of creating the most unique and nostalgic 1.5" - 5" scale 200 acre miniature train wonderland, as also a first class railroad museum, displaying life-size railroad equipment, demonstrating Las Vegas' railroad history and how it all began, right here in the Las Vegas valley!
