CORE VALUES   The best way to describe the core values of the LVRRS, we divided them into seven important categories. Every member of the Las Vegas Railroad Society is taking these important core values to heart when dealing with other LVRRS board members, committee members, volunteers and the public. # 1 CORE VALUE - COMMUNICATION:  The Las Vegas Railroad Society's #1 core value deserves special attention, because timely communication between board members, committees, volunteers and the community is vital. We insist that our #1 core value to be effective it must be part of our board's everyday life; we then exemplify:              a) Social culture              b) Good character              c) We eliminate unnecessary misunderstandings              d) We demonstrate utmost respect toward all              e) We demonstrate non-stop dedication to our LVRRS' mission              f)  We demonstrate fine-tuned focus on our LVRRS vision               g) All of it demonstrates to our next generation how important timely role model communication                   really is in regards to business, work place, and personal life. INTEGRITY:  We are handling all LVRRS transactions and interactions with utmost integrity and in a timely manner.  HONESTY: We are fair, and we keep records in all organizational dealings.  SAFETY: It is extremely important to us to handle all our facilities, equipment and the public in the safest possible manner. ACCURACY: We strive for the highest standard with education and historical presentations. EQUALITY: We are interacting with LVRRS board and committee members, volunteers, future employees, and the public without bias or discrimination. LEADERSHIP: Our board strives to be a role model on every level in relationships with other board and committee members, volunteers, supporters, donors, community, tourists, in business and education.   LVRRS board members are part of our community,  collaborating on behalf of our community!  We aim to provide education and family environment for all!! We are driven to make a difference, while living by example, to the extreme!
