LAS VEGAS RAILROAD SOCIETY 'HOBBY CHEF' MEMBERSHIP This is our little survey to find out how many creative 'Hobby Cooks' would like to get involved with us in the future.  You are invited to Pre-Register with us for 'Possible' future membership. ONE OF THE 'VICTORIAN RAILROAD LADIES' ACTIVITIES:      - Contact Us if you are interested to join our healthy cooking group.  FUTURE VISION Once the LVRRS facility is open, future cooking activities will take place in our planned 'Heritage Cultural Center' inside the 'Railroad Heritage Park' involving cooking contests, bake-offs and other similar activities. Nutritional education will always be part of all cooking club activities, as also how to change a old-world recipe into one with lesser calories and still preserving the flavor.
