On behalf of the entire Las Vegas community, former City Councilman Larry Brown, (now County Commissioner) was instrumental in the successful city-approved and provided 200 acre property agreement between the LVRRS & the Las Vegas City Council. Las Vegas' new addition of such a unique 'Railroad Heritage Park' will offer year-round-active educational program activities to all students of our local schools as also to physically challended children groups' children.

Today's generation wants to know everything about Las Vegas' steam era; and tomorrow's generations need to know!
