PROPERTY COMMITTEE
The property committee oversees issues of all site work, new construction, alternative and major repair, the Committee will ensure that all (LVRRS) venues have in place:
1] Appropriate procedures for cost estimating
2] Competitive tending of bid
3] Awarding of contracts
4] Contract administration
5] Cost control
7] Payment to contractors.
